For a true taste of local flavor, try the traditional dishes at the on-site restaurant. They were surprisingly excellent.

Excellent location, clean and cozy rooms, staff is friendly.
There are not enough sunbeds and service (drinks and snacks) near the pool.

Check-in was smooth and the staff welcomed me warmly. The room, although a bit small, was clean and nicely furnished. It had a fine view of the lovely garden outside, perfect for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a rich selection of cheeses, meats, and pastries. Enjoyed the tranquility of the outdoor dining area. On the downside, the bathroom setup felt a bit awkward with a glass-partitioned shower, especially as I was traveling with my teenage son. The hotel charged a significant deposit that wasn't clearly communicated, which caught me off guard. Despite this, the hotel's central location made it easy to explore, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away.

Staff on reception were excellent and v helpful. Rooms are nice and beds are very comfortable and large (6 ft).
Staff in restaurant were unhelpful and churlish. Rooms over street can be very noisy at night.

Excellent location (neighborhood, not so much). Nice mansion, very well decorated and conditioned. Good facilities. Large, well equipped room (mini-bar missing). Comfortable bed. Well soundproofed
Unbelievable that when we returned at three o'clock in the afternoon the room was still uncollected and cleaning staff still had material in the corridor and several doors open. More incredible than when we left half an hour later we found a note that they could not make the room for having the sign of not bothering (sign that was from 3 to 3. 30, so we could shower... It was even more incredible that when we asked for explanations at the reception desk they did not give us any solution other than a clean towel. It's unworthy of any hotel (regardless of its stars) not to pick up the rooms before 3pm, not to have a contingency plan, on top of that to blame the client.

Charming outdoor seating options, Elegant historic design, Unique room configurations
Parking accessibility issues!!! Inconsistent room cleanliness!!! The bathroom setup could use some redesign for better privacy!!! Poor Wi-Fi speed could be frustrating for those needing to get work done from their rooms!!!

This hotel is good if you need to take the train, but rundown and obsolete
The bathroom was really old and stained but staff really kind

Extremely nice, helpful and patient staff.
Hotel in pedestrian area so really hard to get to by car. Plan this well in advance! Also, the rental car drop off location at the station is very hard to find. Again, plan this in advance. No hot room service for late arrivals. No breakfast for early travellers.

access to the parking area was a bit confusing (we had to check where to go! ). the garden pool looked lovely and was refreshing on hot days. staff were very helpful (always with a smile! ) and the location was just perfect for exploring the city.

Very close to central train station. 5 mins walk. The freindlyness of one particular front desk staff really made the stay great. She was efficient and helpful and friendly.
The room was a bit 'tired' and looks like it was furnished in the 80'S. Not sure if I'd call the room a 4 star room but the rest of the hotel is definately.

Plot twist, it's actually great!
A good surprise! Spacious and clean rooms, paired with friendly staff. The charming courtyard for relaxation and a fine pool were added bonuses. Located centrally, exploring the beautiful architectural sites was easy. Just a note, breakfast could use better management during peak times.

The location was excellent. The staff was helpful, and the lobby was very traditionally, classic in decor, and architecture.
It was overpriced for the brand name holiday Inn. Because there were renovations going on at the time of our visit, there should have been discounts for the fee. The bathtub was so narrow at the base that it was unusable for either a bath, or a shower. You could not stand with two feet beside each other, it was very slippery and dangerous. The furnishings in the room were very tired and in need of replacing.
